How can I buy your products?
In-store purchase: For the complete selection of our goods, please visit our brick and mortar store. We are conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Rochor MRT and serviced by many buses. If you are driving, there is plenty of parking in the estate. For salon furniture and equipment, please visit our Bukit Batok HQ
Online purchase: You can purchased from our online shop, where we offer an exclusive selection of salon-proven professional hair and beauty salon products and equipment for salon-quality results at home.
Offline purchase: For local customers who are unable to visit our retail store and cannot find your product in the online store, We can post the item to you via Singapore Post! You just have to make payment before we send off the goods. For local Singapore orders, we are able to accept internet banking or credit card payment. We will issue you an invoice for you to make payment. Upon payment clearance, we will ship the item to you, and a tracking number will be provided. Please contact us for offline purchases

Are professional hair and beauty products and equipment are suitable for home use?
Most of our products and equipment come with directions of use or instruction manuals. Professional hair shampoos, hair styling, hair treatment products (Hairizon Professional, LE'ees, Organic Therapy, Sprix) and skincare products (Nautrissima by Erbasol) and hair tonic and color sprays (Formal, Cu-Gen) can be used at home with ease and have the added advantage of being salon-tested and quality proven. Professional hair dryers and clippers, hair steamers, honey wax heaters and pots, facial steamers, slimming blankets, hair curlers and straighteners can be used with sufficient practice and online instructional videos.We also stock a growing range of mini travel home use hair and beauty appliances.

How can buy your products if I am not located in Singapore or Malaysia?
We can post the item to you via Singapore Post! You just have to make payment before we send off the goods. We are able to accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal payments (sorry we are unable to accept Western Union at the moment). We will issue you an electronic invoice for you to make payment. Upon payment clearance, we will ship the item to you, and a tracking number will be provided. Please contact us for offline purchases.
